KSFC 2025 Registration Fees

As a club, we always strive to keep registration fees as affordable as possible. This year marks the first significant rise in fees in many years.

A Registration Fee structure is provided by Newcastle Football and involves two parts:

Part A: Mandatory Fees to FFA, Northern NSW and Newcastle Football. There has been an increase by Newcastle Football, the first also in many years.

Part B: To cover club running costs and club reinvestment. The rising operational costs, limited volunteer resources, and need for contracted ground maintenance and line marking have necessitated an increase. 

Moreover, we've had to account for administrative and game day support costs, along with higher expenses for presentation items, apparel, and equipment. 

To minimise the impact on our members, the Committee has decided to stage the necessary fee increases over two years, with another review at the end of the 2025 season. As always, fees need to be paid in full when registering and, if you are eligible, have your Active Kids Voucher details ready.

The registration fees for the 2025 season are below.

Entry 5 – 7 years:         $237

Junior 8 – 11 years:      $255

Youth 12 – 18 years:     $299

Senior Amateur:            $421

Registrations open soon on Monday 3rd February 2025. Returning players need to be registered by Sunday 9th February to be given preference.
