Registration Refund Policy

 

Should a participant choose to leave the club:

  • Prior to the 1st competition round played by the team, a full refund of the registration fee will be given minus a $30 administration charge.
  • Due to a season ending injury in the 1st competition round played by the team, a full refund of the registration fee will be given minus a $30 administration charge.
    (Note: If you intend to make an injury claim you must stay registered).
    The injury must be reported to secretary@ksjfc.org within 5 days of the injury and include:
  • Name
  • Phone Number
  • Location Injury Occurred
  • Date of Birth
  • Team Age/Division (eg. U18G/A)
  • How did the injury occur
  • FFA Number
  • Date of Injury
  • Action taken
  • Email Address
  • Time of Injury
  • Conditions (Dry/Wet)

 

If a participant has played one competition round and chooses to leave the club, the registration fee will not be refunded

Refund requests must be submitted through Play Football by round 3 of the competition. Refund requests submitted after round 3 will be rejected.
