KOTARA SOUTH FOOTBALL CLUB IS LOOKING FOR A SECRETARY

·       This role is an Executive position

·       This role is a paid role and as such we ask that EOI’s submit an application, including their experience and address the below

·       Award: Sporting Organisations Award 2020, Clerical & Administration, Grade 1 at Pay rate $30.55/hr

·       Experience in dealing with a high volume of incoming correspondence and dispersing that information quickly to the relevant people

·       Have an understanding of how community clubs operate

·       Experience in meeting mins and agenda setting Be a details-oriented person, be willing to ask the difficult questions and follow through with stakeholders to ensure outcomes are met within timeframes

·       This role is the glue that holds our club together, ideally you have an affiliation or attachment to our club either current or past

·       A full handover and support will be provided
