Our Grading team have a wealth of experience as graders, coaches and players and will make it fun and relevant for the players. It’ll be a long day for them so please thank them when you can. The second grading day is likely to be required to finalise teams in some age groups. If your age group does not require the second grading day you will be advised.

Please read the Grading Policy prior to attending. It is available, along with the Grading Procedure and Grading Appeals Process on the website:

It is important for parents and spectators to keep separate from the grading process so that players are free to do their thing. Please stay at the park during grading, there will be club committee members present to speak about the season ahead and to answer any questions you may have.

Covid Safety Plan: Under our Covid Safety Plan as a Community Sporting Organisation we are able to hold outdoor gatherings of more than 100 people, providing we adhere to requirements to where possible maintain physical distancing of 1.5m, follow hygiene guidelines, and to keep a record of attendance.

We have a QR code linked to the ServiceNSW App that we will require all parents and spectators to use to register your presence. During the season we will not be required to register all attendance at our fixtures PROVIDING that all club members (parents included) have registered on PlayFootball. The package to do this under is labelled “volunteer”. Please refer to the Registration guide on our website for further details.

Please do not attend if you are unwell with a fever or any respiratory tract symptoms, or have recently visited a recognised hotspot as recorded on the NSW Government Covid Updates webpage:

Can’t make it along?: If you are unable to attend the grading day for any reason don’t worry, we will be able to make alternative arrangements. Please email to if this is the case.
